Kelsey Eiseman, Intern
Meet our ambitious fall intern, Kelsey Eiseman. She will be graduating from Point Park University in May 2019 with a degree in public relations and advertising.
Currently, Kelsey is the creative director for Bison Media, a student-run agency where she has the opportunity to put into practice her integrated communications skills. She is also a fundraising coordinator and mentor for Strong Women, Strong Girls, a college mentor program, a member of the American Advertising Federation/Public Relations Student Society of America and she’s a resident educator (RE) at Point Park. As an RE, Kelsey experiences event planning, leadership and responsibility over campus residents. Also, she gets the opportunity to volunteer in the Pittsburgh community. This year, she and her residents will help out at a local food bank. When it comes to skills, Kelsey is very familiar with the Adobe Suite, Hootsuite and DSLR cameras.
As you can tell, Kelsey keeps herself very busy through her involvement on campus, community engagement and her internship with us! We were so impressed with her work ethic and her eagerness to join the Mindful Kreative team and couldn’t pass up the chance to have her work with us.
Discover More About Kelsey
Kelsey appreciates living in Pittsburgh because of the atmosphere. With the many events and festivals going on downtown, there is certainly never a dull moment. In addition to the fun, Pittsburgh is also booming with opportunities within her field of study. Kelsey has truly taken advantage of what the city has to offer!
One of Kelsey’s favorite hobbies is photography. She explained that she enjoys capturing how people are unique and beautiful with her photographs. Taking pictures outside appeals to Kelsey because there are so many beautiful and interesting places outdoors, rather than in a studio. She also likes yoga and biking and reading good books.Currently, she’s reading The Mayo Clinic Guide to Stress-Free Living because senior year of college is stressful, especially since she’s so involved with her college and community!
Two to three words that describe her best:
“Passionate, dedicated and open-minded.”
“Have courage and be kind.”
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
“I have always wanted to learn how to play the piano!”
