Natalie Schlimmer, Strategic Accounts Director
Meet Strategic Accounts Director, Natalie Schlimmer. Natalie serves as the agency’s senior strategic counsel responsible for leading tactical planning and driving brand management and execution. Natalie draws on extensive experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors, specializing in marketing strategy, public relations, brand management, and building and maintaining client relationships.
At the core of her work, Natalie considers herself a storyteller – for local, regional and national brands – and she is honored when clients entrust her with that incredible responsibility.
Natalie’s prior experience at Mindful Kreative is complemented nicely by her time serving on the Partner Solutions team at Wondros, supporting the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Research Program. Additionally, she has worked in various account service roles at Moroch, a national advertising agency, supporting the McDonald’s account.
In all of her roles, Natalie has proven herself as a leader and “outside-of-the-box” thinker. That’s why her role as Strategic Accounts Director is a natural fit that allows her to strengthen Mindful Kreative’s ability to formulate clear and effective strategy for our clients.
Natalie holds a degree in advertising and public relations with minors in psychology and leadership from Marietta College.
Though she is a Delaware native, Natalie has loved making a home in Pittsburgh over the last few years with her husband, Andy, and rescued bulldog, Rousey. Her favorite thing about Pittsburgh is exploring all of the different neighborhoods, especially the incredible restaurant scene. If you ever need a Pittsburgh dinner recommendation, she’s only a call or text away.
Natalie also enjoys thrift shopping, both locally and when she’s visiting a new city. She loves supporting sustainable fashion and coming home with new (to her) treasures. Her morning routine includes sipping on black coffee and listening to true crime podcasts. If she could meet anyone, living or dead, she’d want to chat with Mindy Kaling – or any actor from The Office, really!
