Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a satellite office in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, our 100% remote work model allows us to meet our clients where they are and be more thoughtful with the time and resources of organizations doing important work.

How We Started

In 2001, after spending time in the trenches of large agencies and walking in the clients’ shoes, Melinda Kaiser, CEO and Founder, set out to create the agency she always wanted to hire. She took what worked from traditional agency models and left the rest behind.

What began as a one-person consultancy has grown into a full-service agency and nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise, providing integrated capabilities in public relations, creative services, marketing communications, social media, advertising, and media planning & buying.

Mindful Kreative designed the Mindful Agency Model to remove the inefficiencies that too often get in the way of great work, changing how organizations experience working with a communications agency.
