For the past 25 years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of leading Mindful Kreative. What began as one person with a computer and a passion for helping organizations tell their stories has grown into a boutique, women-owned communications agency surrounded by a team of talented women. Along the way, we’ve partnered with inspiring organizations, celebrated incredible successes, weathered unexpected challenges, and continued evolving in an industry that never stands still.
When people ask me what the secret has been to reaching 25 years, the answer is simple: there isn’t one. It’s been built on thousands of decisions, countless lessons, unwavering perseverance, and an amazing group of people who believed in the vision. Every project, every client, every setback, and every victory has shaped not only our agency but also me as a leader.
As I reflect on this milestone, I realize the greatest gift hasn’t been the awards, the growth, or even the longevity. It’s the wisdom gained through experience. These lessons continue to guide how we serve our partners, support one another, and approach each new opportunity with creativity, authenticity, and purpose.

Twenty-five years later, I remain just as passionate about meaningful communication as I was on day one.
